Terms and Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old to undergo treatment at our studio. If you are younger, written and signed permission from your parents or guardians is required.
Reservation Fee and Payment Methods

To secure an appointment, a reservation fee of 50% of the service value is required. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment after the procedure.
We accept all major debit cards and cash.

Booking Confirmation
​
A confirmation email will be sent directly to your inbox after a successful payment. Please ensure your email address has been entered correctly. If not, contact us directly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
​
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment as a courtesy to our artists and other clients on the cancellation list. Doing so will help us reschedule your treatment more efficiently. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your reservation fee.
Note that you may only reschedule your appointment once consecutively. Any missed appointments will result in the loss of your reservation fee, or during peak season, may incur charges for the full treatment price. Arrivals and Delays

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the appointment and the loss of the reservation fee or may incur an additional charge.

Henna brows, lash lifts, tints, and certain other apointments may require an allergy patch test on your first visit (up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment).
